Libre Loaf blends ancient grains to produce a spongy gluten-free bread with a crumbly crust and nutty buttery notes. Our Libre Loaf continues to work on our dream of the perfect slice. We are in the lab daily, refining a recipe. We promise to deliver a simple loaf of bread that can be used for dipping in soups, making sandwiches, or plopping a sunny side egg on top. Doesn't that sound yummy?

Like My Grandmomma Made

I am a reluctant fourth-generation baker. I grew up in the kitchen with my grandmother and my Nana, baking the family's famous monkey bread for the holidays. As a young kid, I often daydreamed while completing my assigned tasks. It wasn't until I was much older that I understood the value of those days in the kitchen, cooking for hundreds of family members, friends, and neighborhoods.

 

Bread is at the heart of our family traditions. Baking bread and passing bread recipes is a part of our family language.
